The terms that apply when you use Tinkr Print, its guides and its tools.
Tinkr Print (tinkrprint.com) and the guides, tools, calculators, planners and other materials published on it (together, the "Site") are provided by Tinkr Creative, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Educational information only
Everything on the Site is general educational information about direct mail, printing, paper and related topics. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, postal, regulatory, marketing or other professional advice, and using the Site does not create a client, consulting or professional relationship with Tinkr Creative, LLC or Andre Szejko. Before you make decisions or commitments, consult qualified professionals and confirm requirements directly with the relevant authorities, carriers, printers and vendors.
Estimates, calculators and examples
Calculators, planners, schedules, budgets, response rates, costs and other figures on the Site are estimates and illustrations based on assumptions and general industry information. Example campaigns, companies and numbers are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise. Actual costs, timelines, postage, results and returns depend on many factors and will vary. Don't rely on the Site as the sole basis for budgets, contracts, mailings or business decisions.
No warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Postal rates and regulations, paper standards, printing specifications, laws and industry practices change often. Information on the Site may be out of date, incomplete or contain errors, and we have no obligation to update it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinkr Creative, LLC, its members, managers, employees and contributors, including Andre Szejko, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability can't be fully excluded by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
You use the Site at your own risk and are solely responsible for how you use its content, including any mail, print or marketing work you plan, buy or produce. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinkr Creative, LLC and its members and contributors from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use or misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

The Site refers and links to third-party organizations, products and websites, including postal services, software and industry bodies, for reference only. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Mention of a third party does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. All third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, illustrations, design, code and other content on the Site are © 2026 Tinkr Creative, LLC. All rights reserved. You may view, share links to and use the content for your own personal, educational or internal business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, license or create derivative works from substantial parts of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tinkr Creative, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
